If you feel stuck or disempowered, if your health isn’t where you want it to be, if you need a good reset, or you want 2024 to be different in the best way, join Margy as she guides you toward creating your vision board life, in real life.
Through daily yoga classes, guided breath and meditation, and workshops, you’ll realign with your authentic, inspired self and expand into the version of self you want to become.
The yoga: Margy’s classes are meant to challenge you (just enough!) so that you can push past your self-imposed boundaries and see your true strength and potential. You’ll be supported as you practice some “advanced” postures, and you’re bound to surprise yourself with what you’re capable of! We’ll also practice slow flow/restorative.
The meditation and breathwork: support improved mental clarity and the health of your nervous system, and you’ll be given realistic practices to use back at home.
The workshops: bring together all of the “other” stuff Margy has learned over the years of attending trainings, taking courses, and working with coaches. You’ll be guided inward to get clear on what needs to change for you to bring forth the life you crave, and will receive practical tips and tools to support your expansion.

Each day will provide a morning ritual (with light breathwork, intention setting, and gratitude practices), two yoga classes, healthy meals, individual down time and access to the beach, pool and amenities that support your well being. Also, every day will feature either a workshop or an adventure!

Margy has been practicing yoga for 15 years and the reason it has become her life’s passion and work is because, for her, it’s the most empowering, confidence building, holistic approach to the wellness of the body, mind and spirit. This retreat will open your eyes and mind. As she likes to say “your beliefs about what’s possible for you and about what you deserve create your current situation”.
You’ll leave the retreat feeling clear, inspired, strong, energized, excited, supported, and ready to expand into what’s next.
After your time in Costa Rica, you’ll have access to an accountability group and you’ll receive two 1:1 calls with Margy for extra support.
Margy Goodman
Margy teaches yoga, facilitates women’s circles, hosts events and guides retreats, all with the intention of empowering people to live the full, expansive life of their dreams.
She believes that everyone deserves to live a life they’re excited about and in awe of, and is here to help you reconnect to your true nature, step into your authenticity, and live confidently aligned and in integrity with the person you want to (and can!) be.
Margy’s yoga classes balance strength building and flow. Yoga has been one of the most empowering practices for her, as so many of the lessons on the mat can be taken off the mat into our day-to-day lives.
Outside of the yoga space, Margy has worked with coaches, attended the five day “Journey” personal growth retreat through Awakening Trainings, and has completed To Be Magnet neural reprogramming courses.
The hotel

We have a full-service restaurant + bar to prepare meals and beverages during this retreat. Enjoy fresh, locally-sourced ingredients with delicious options for all dietary needs and preferences. Experience delicious tropical fruits, fresh caught fish, local produce, and a thoughtfully crafted menu to keep you satisfied. Chef/kitchen can accommodate all dietary considerations.
About Playa Grande
Playa Grande is a beautiful, uncrowded beach community that lies just north of Tamarindo along the Pacific coast of Northern Costa Rica. It has a great laid-back vibe and retains the " off the beaten path" feel that Room to Roam seeks.
In addition to one of the most consistent year round surf breaks in Costa Rica, Playa Grande is one of the largest turtle nesting grounds in the world.
Diamante Adventure Pass + Ziplining
