Nicole is: a professional movement + yoga teacher, latin dance instructor, meditation guide, and so much more. She will be offering explorations in movement with Jama Yoga + latin dance instruction and meditation practices like Qi-Gong and Mindfulness. Whether you are here to relax, adventure, surf, self-care, of a mix of everything, we have you covered.
